What if I didn’t receive my login information?

Sometimes, login emails may end up in your spam or junk folder. Don't worry, this is an easy fix!

First, check your spam or junk folder to see if the login information is there. The email will come from Honey Badger Nation.

Error on Godaddy - A or CNAME Record Already Exists

Please make sure you are using a domain that is not used else where for a landing page or a website.

Sometimes when you purchase a GoDaddy domain you might accidentally click the free website option, this will create an A record which causes an error when trying to link to your webinar page.

Solution: Log into GoDaddy and click on the domain. Click on the DNS tab and scroll slightly down. You will want to click the trash can icon next to any A and CNAME records that can be deleted.

Why am I still pending in the community?

If your membership is still pending, don’t worry—it’s likely because our team is in the process of verifying your answers. We take this step to ensure that our community is exclusively for eXcelerate Coaching Clients and their FLAs.

Why was I denied access to the eXcelerate community?

The eXcelerate community is an exclusive forum designed for our paying coaching clients and their FLAs (Front Line Agents)

If your request to join was denied, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

Incomplete Answers – All community questions must be fully answered during the request process so our team can verify your information.

Not a Client or FLA – Unfortunately, if you are not a paying coaching client or the FLA of one, we cannot grant you access.This exclusivity helps ensure a focused and supportive community for our members.
